Bartending Expert

I work entirely for my client to build a completely customized menu. Other bartenders have a few fixed menus to choose from. Well, that's not me. I offer free consultation to help build your menu. (included with my services)

Also included with my services is a corresponding inventory list for easy & stress-free shopping. And if you still need me to ease the stress. I can do the shopping for you at an additional convenience fee. (Return with your change, inventory and receipts)

All bartenders provided by "Independent Bartender" (IB) are Certified Mixologists.

ServeSafe Certified

All Bartenders, Banquet and Cocktail Servers provided by IB are professional and hold valid (up to date) California ServSafe food and drink handlers Certifications.

Desired Package

Estimate amount of total guests. Independent Bartender recognizes that most events are family oriented, i.e. Weddings, Sweet Sixteens, Quinceaneras, Engagement Parties, etc. 

If your event is NOT family oriented and there will only be adults in attendance, please let us know during consultation, i.e. Corporate Events, Retirement Parties, Recognition Ceremonies, etc. This way we can figure out which Package is best for you.

1 BARTENDER (100 guests or less)

Basic: 1 Bartender

Who Provides What?

THE SERVICER WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

Provisions Included with Services at no extra cost. 

  • Blender (includes two commercial grade blenders)

  • 1x - Ice Chest for Sanitary Ice that will go into the drinks

  • Bottle Spouts / Pourers

  • Bar Tools (Shaker / Spoon / Knife / Cutting Board / Muddler etc.)

  • 200 Disposable Shot Glasses per every 100 guests

  • Sip & Stir Straws

  • White Hand Towels

  • 1x - (8" x 10") Drink Menu to Place on Bar

THE CUSTOMER WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Ice (unless added provision fee is applied)

  • Alcohol

  • Water

  • Sodas

  • Juices / Juice type mixers

  • Seasonings (Salt, Tajin, Worcestershire, etc.)

  • Garnishes (unless added provision fee is applied)

  • Cups | Plastic Ware | Glassware (unless added provision fee is applied)

  • Ice Bins / Ice Chests to store unused sanitary Ice

  • Ice Bins / Ice Chests to keep Beer, Water, Sodas, etc.

  • Accessable Power Outlet (only when blended drinks are on the menu)

  • Accessable trash can for bar area

Add Provisions

The servicer can provide additional items. The price of each additional item is calculated so that an added convenience fee is payed by the customer. Therefore, the customer is paying more for the added provisions than if he/she were to shop for it themselves. See the list of Additional Provisions on the Add Provisions page of this website.
