This page is to help you figure out how to build a drink menu. When I speak with a client I try to get an idea of what their budget is. Just because you are on a budget doesn't mean you have to limit your guests to only 2 Signature Drinks. The best thing to do is to figure out one or two spirits that you would like to have as a base for all of your drinks and build a menu from that (i.e.) vodka & tequila menus are very popular because there are so many drinks you can make with them. On the other hand that's not to say that there aren't other spirits that can yield just the same amount or maybe even more drinks than a vodka & tequila menu would. I have done a Hennessy menu, All vodka, whiskey, & scotch menu, tequila & Malibu menu, etc...
